How do I book a meeting room?

To book a meeting room, you will need to be signed up as a member so if you’re not already, please go to our website and follow the instructions there. This will direct you to download our Optix App. This App then manages all of your bookings with us.

  1. Once you are in, follow these steps
  2. Scroll down to the section marked Next Available
  3. Click ‘Meeting room’ and select a date and time (use the white dots on the green block to extend or reduce your booking time.
     ‘Book’.
